The crimping parameters are determined according to the terminal type drawing, and the crimping operation manual for special requirements should be specified in the process documentation and training operators. For example: some need to be guided through the jacket before crimping, need to be pre-wired, and then return from the pre-crimping station; this crimping, once used to pierce crimping crimping tools, has good electrical contact performance.

The first is the operation manual of the preliminary preparation process. In order to improve the assembly efficiency, the complex wiring harness must be set in advance. Whether the early stage treatment is reasonable or not directly affects the efficiency of the final assembly process and also reflects the height of a person. If there are too few lines or the unreasonable workload of pre-assembled parts assembly will increase the overall assembly of personnel, the line speed is slow, so the process personnel should always summarize the site.

The platen components can be programmed and designed according to the product development department, design tooling equipment, materials, box size and accessory jackets and all accessory numbers are affixed to the material to improve the efficiency of the assembly box. The preparation and content requirements of each station assembly balance one point of work of the entire assembly station to prevent the situation of excessively lowering the entire line speed. To achieve a balanced station, the process must be proficient at the core of each scenario and the estimated working hours, adjusting the assembly process at any time.

In addition, the process includes the preparation of a fixed schedule of wiring harness material consumption, job estimates, worker training, etc., which are not detailed. The overall use of the content and quality of automotive electronics technology has become an important indicator of automotive performance evaluation.
