1. Responsible for new energy vehicle high voltage & low voltage wiring harness
2. Cooperate with customers' customized design and development, carry out overall structural planning and design, integrate concepts, selection, and develop new product concepts and composition designs based on the needs of industrial customers (such as new energy vehicle product lines);
3. Familiar with automotive parts, material specifications and supplier information;
4. Can independently complete APQP & PPAP data certification;
5. Master IE, SPC, FMEA and other common process engineering methods and tools, familiar with production technology, product performance, product structure, rich experience in project development, strong team awareness;
6.Able to read and explain and use various technical documents and instructions, have the ability to solve field failures, statistical investigation and analysis ability, good at finding, finding and solving problems.
7. College degree or above, have more than 2 years of design work related to automotive wiring harnesses and electrical and electronic wiring harnesses;
8. Solid professional knowledge, proficient in CATIA software, CAD drawing software and various office software;
9. Familiar with product inspection and testing methods and judgment standards in the automotive wiring harness industry, experience in factory manufacturing engineering quality is preferred;
10. Skilled in using related software for wire drawing design;
11. Cheerful personality, good communication skills, analytical and problem-solving skills, proactive, clear-cut, responsible, team spirit, able to independently complete the work of superiors, good interpersonal communication skills.

1. During the introduction of new products, the production of SOPs, follow-up and improvement of process documents during production trials, guidance of production line staff operations, collection and feedback of problems;

3. Make rework SOPs and guide employees' operations;
4. Follow-up and treatment of production line abnormalities;
